What better way to get to know a place than through its cuisine and traditional recipes. The island of Malamocco, with its ancient village, hosts an original cooking class with Le Locandiere at Relais Alberti to explore tastes and flavours of the lagoon.
The activity includes a visit to the market to buy the best seasonal ingredients with which to compose your own dishes. The cooking class is suitable for vegans, vegetarians and those who appreciate fish or meat: every group will be able to choose what type of menu to prepare.
ENJOY THE ACTIVITY, WE’VE GOT YOUR BACK
The participation fee includes everything you need to make your own recipe, from ingredients to the apron. At the end of the class you will receive an attendance certificate and souvenir photos of the experience.
The fee does not include the transfer from/to the hotel.
